Configuring your DVR for the first time does not need to be complicated. Since every user requires a unique configuration for their security system, Night Owl has launched an easy to use quick Setup Wizard. The Setup Wizard will automatically launch upon the initial startup of your DVR and walk you through the steps for setting up the DVR.

The BJP-45 DVR is equipped with VGA, RCA and HDMI outputs and easily connects to multiple TVs or Monitors, giving you the ability to view on multiple devices at once. For your convenience we have included a 6 ft. HDMI cable. Perfect for home or business environments.
Real Time Motion Activated Recording with Live Alerts & Emails
When a camera detects movement, the BJP-45 system sends you a real time notification or email alert with an image attachment directly to your Smartphone or Tablet. The enhanced motion detection settings also ensure that false alarms are not triggered. An easy motion detection mask allows you to block out areas with constant movement, such as roads or trees.
500GB Security HD and Easy to use Interface
The BJP-45 DVR comes equipped with a state of the art, easy to use, icon based interface. All you need to do is point and clic k to access any of the DVR features. The intuitive interface is very user friendly and comes equipped with both a USB mouse and remote control. Utilizing H.264 compression, this system records up to 6 months of video with its pre-installed 500GB security hard drive. If your needs change you can always expand the system up to 1 or 2TB (providing up to 1 or 2 years of video recording). The DVR also includes a USB port for easybackup or transfer of your videos to an external USB key or hard drive.
