The Extended Warranty Program (provided by Mack) is designed to provide you with additional coverage for manufacturer defects. Whether it be Murphy's Law or just "luck", electronic malfunctions seem to happen right after the Manufacturer Warranty expires! The Mack Computer Extended Warranty offers you that peace of mind for those unexpected malfunctions and costly repairs.
This warranty covers all parts and labor for three (3) years after the manufacturer's warranty expires. The computer will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will restore the computer no charge to you (including all parts and labor).
When you purchase a Mack Extended Warranty, you are making a wise investment for your computer. Mack Camera and Video Service, established in 1938, provides technical service for equipment ranging from 35mm Cameras to Digital Video Equipment, PDA's, DVD Players, GPS, Televisions, VCR's and Laptop Computers. Their repair facility is factory authorized for manufacturer warranty repairs and their technicians are factory trained to repair your equipment to manufacturer specifications. This warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, cracked, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This warranty does not extend to installation or adjustment at the user's location, and it does not include accessory expansion boards, all batteries, any software programs, or sensitive information data on your system and other accessories. This warranty is transferable for a $20.00 administrative fee. If the equipment cannot be repaired by Mack or the manufacturer, it will be replaced with the same or fair market value equivalent model at the discretion of Mack.
Limited warranty applies only the product(s) specified herein. Mack Camera & Video Service's are not responsible for Software, including the operating system and third-party software, or the reloading of software. (A fee will be applied for systems that require operating system restoration.) Software release must accompany unit. Must have a minimum of 90 day manufacturing warranty. Mack Camera and Video Service will not be liable for loss of revenues or profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental or consequential damages.
In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service you must visit mackcam.com to arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. Please send equipment, required documentation and a check for $35.00 to cover shipping and handling in the Continental US (cost for overseas shipping to be determined).
