The upgrade is available as a download at Samsung.com www.samsung.com/firmware or you can call the Samsung Customer Call Center at 1-800-SAMSUNG if you have trouble downloading it. As soon as your player has connected to the Internet you will receive an ?Auto Firmware Update? message on your screen. If you answer ?OK? when prompted prior to loading Avatar, you should have no trouble playing the disc.
