Scanner seems to have everything a scanner enthusiast could ever listen to but it is not for beginners. Way too complicated for most. I would recommend this scanner for experienced programmers and enthusiast.

I paid for a NEW unit but when it arrived RMA paperwork and number were in the box. Your receiving dept failed to remove it before shipping it out to me. Proof positive and this unit had been sold and returned by another customer. When I brought this to your customer service attention, all I was told was "we will make a note of it" and was not even given an apology. How about some credit buydig???

Seems to have a rather large current drain as the rechargeable batteries, which were new, didn't last but a couple hours. Loved the zip code programming, very easy.

This is a very good unit for someone who wants a scanner but not the hassels of programming it. You can still customize it as needed.
The manual is a bit skimpy but gives you all the basic info you need to program the unit. Had a bad data cable but was replaced by GRE at no charge. Awesome free overnight shipping at BuyDig on most of their items! The low prices and fast shipping will bring me back again.

This is a great scanner. The easy set up and programming is great. The ability to charge via USB is amazing. Excellent for the 800mhz trunked bands.
