Integrated Paper / Ink Cartridge
Home printing has never been easier with an allowing for one-step operation
So easy to set-up, so easy to use. It's a whole new standard of convenience. Simply slide the cartridge into the SELPHY ES1 horizontally and you're ready to print. That's all there is to it! There's also a unique paper handling system that rotates the photo paper so your pictures slide neatly out of the printer's top. Printing has never been easier or more foolproof.
2.5" LCD With Photo Effects
Select your prints on a 2.5-inch color LCD monitor and print high-quality water resistant photos that last up to 100 years. With the 2.5-inch LCD monitor, check the images stored on your memory card before you print. You can select photo effects "My Colors" by pressing EFFECT button to change colors to Vivid, Neutral, Sepia or Black & White, Positive Film, Lighter Skin Tone, Darker Skin Tone, Vivid Blue, Vivid Green and Vivid Red. You can also trim the photo with the TRIM button. Then, set paper size, select layouts, choose formats and much more. DIGIC II Image Processor automatically detects and corrects red-eye, so you always get the perfect print. Print long-lasting, photo lab-quality prints in seconds.
Creative Print
Use your imagination. Then use the SELPHY ES1 to bring your vision to life. Creative Print options make it easy to produce photo albums and photo calendars; add speech bubbles to pictures and output multiple copies all at once with Multi-layout function. Add the optional battery and you can print anything, anywhere.
Direct Print
Print directly from your memory card via card slot, or print wirelessly from your Bluetooth enabled camera phone with an optional Bluetooth adapter, or IrDA enabled camera phones. Use the SELPHY ES1's retractable USB cable to connect the printer to a Canon digital camera or insert your memory card and preview the images on the LCD monitor. Now you're ready to print. In addition, the printer gives you the freedom to print anywhere using compact power adapter or optional rechargeable battery pack. To print, simply playback a picture on your camera's LCD monitor. Then, press the lighted Print/Share button. For cameras without a Print/Share button, simply press "Print."
PictBridge
The SELPHY ES1 supports the PictBridge printing standard, so any PictBridge compliant digital camera can connect to these printers. Plus, you can enjoy the benefits of automatic DPOF printing as well as index, partial image, multiple copy and exact size printing.
Print Computer-stored images
For maximum versatility, you can also connect your computer to the SELPHY ES1. Printer drivers and Canon software for both Windows and Macintosh are included with the printer.
Wireless Printing
Just connect the optional Bluetooth adapter to the SELPHY ES1's USB port and you're ready to print wirelessly from your Bluetooth-enabled camera phone. You can also print wirelessly from IrDA enabled camera phone. Just imagine the fun you'll have printing and sharing great spontaneous shots!
