Wind Armour Technology: To ensure that you will always be heard no matter how noisy it is, the Q2 features BlueAnt?s Wind Armour Technology, a unique hardware and software solution that we have developed over the course of years of research into wind noise performance to provide the industry?s best wind noise reduction at up to 22mph.
Automatic Gain Control: The Q2 knows when it is noisy. It has an intelligent speaker that adapts to environmental noise and works even harder when conditions are particularly noisy. The headset will automatically boost how hard it is working to reduce background noise and allow the speaker?s voice to be heard.
Echo Cancellation: The Q2 Smart Bluetooth headset responds to ambient noise in two ways. First, it uses a unique hardware design to provide protection from the environment. Using a combination of grills, mesh and a proprietary outer casing design, the product disperses and reduces the wind velocity, preventing microphone saturation within the headset unit.
Then the headset uses BlueAnt?s Voice Isolation Technology, an active protection software solution that uses dynamic digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms, multi-microphone noise reduction and echo cancellation techniques to actively separate speech patterns from wind and room noise, ensuring that the user is always heard no matter what the situation.
Simply Connect Technology: We strive to develop products that work great, straight out of the box. For that reason, pairing the Q2 is fast and simple. When you first turn on the headset it will immediately talk you through the pairing process. Once you are paired, the unit will automatically transfer your contacts from your phonebook to the headset. Once complete the headset is ready for use.
