The Cuisinart Ceramic Non-Stick Grill toppers were created to provide you with a more eco conscious option that looks as good as it performs. This 10" x 10" grill platter is coated in a ceramic non-stick finish that is PFOA, PTFE and Cadmium Free. Ceramic non-stick coatings also have a higher heat tolerance than traditional non-stick options making these even more ideal for the high demands of grilling. We've also redesigned the grid pattern to allow for maximum grilling performance while maintaining durability. This grill platter is the perfect addition to any gas or charcoal grill to provide you with an easy to cook and easy to clean surface for all those difficult foods. NOTE: This platter is not dishwasher safe and as with typical non-stick we recommend using nylon, wood or bamboo tools to prevent chipping and scratching the surface.
