This warranty covers all parts and labor for three (3) years after the manufacturer's warranty expires. The GPS unit will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the equipment no charge to you (includes all parts and labor). Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only and relates only to the components named and serial numbers recorded on original warranty. The warranty does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact, lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Warranty does not extend to installation or adjustment at user's location and it does not include cracked LCD's, batteries, chargers, any software programs, and other accessories. It does not cover software malfunction, or other expenses or consequential damages. Software release must accompany unit. This limited warranty is transferable to new owner for a $20.00 administrative fee.
