2lb chicken thighs, sliced into chunks
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
Directions: Sear the chicken thighs in a pan, then flip. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir and bring to a boil. Stir until the sauce has reduced and evenly glazes the chicken. Serve this home cooked meal with rice, if desired and enjoy!
2 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels
Breakfast for dinner? That’s southern cooking at its finest. These 2 ingredient air fryer bagels use only Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Plus, they only take ten minutes to cook using the air fryer! Just add your desired toppings and they’re ready to eat. Top these 2 ingredient air fryer bagels with your favorite seeds cheeses, and more. Make sure to use zero fat Greek plain yogurt for this home cooked meal, and if there’s liquid on top, drain it first.
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup zero fat Greek yogurt, plain
1 egg (for egg wash) – optional
Directions: Mix flour and yogurt in a mixing bowl. Combine into a tacky dough. Sprinkle flour onto a cutting board and roll dough into a ball. Cut dough ball into fourths with a knife. Using your hand, roll each dough ball into a bagel shape and pinch edges together. Place two at a time in a greased air fryer basket from Buydig.com. Brush the tops of bagels with an egg wash. Cook for 10 minutes at 330 degrees. Remove from the air fryer. Brush with melted butter (optional) and season as desired.
Vanilla Ice Cream

1 cup of ice cold whole milk
¾ cup of granulated sugar
2 cups of ice cold heavy cream
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Directions: Grab a large mixing bowl and add ice from your Deco Chef Compact Ice Maker from Buydig.com to it. Fill about halfway with cold water. Place a smaller bowl inside the ice water and pour in the milk. Whisk in the sugar until dissolved- about 2 minutes. Whisk in the heavy cream and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Turn on the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and pour the mixture into it. Stop the machine after 25 minutes. The mixture will be soft and creamy, like soft serve. Place the ice cream into a freezer safe container to set for several hours, or overnight.
