The tri bundle includes both a HRM-Tri and HRM-Swim heart rate monitor. Both of these monitors pair with your Forerunner and enable you to track even more heart rate data on land and in the water. The HRM-Tri is suitable for open water and on-land racing, while the HRM-Swim is the more appropriate device for pool swimming, where a non-slip device is required. The HRM-Tri also offers run dynamics monitoring, so you can track your running efficiency and get real-time feedback while you race.
