The Fagor Chef Pressure Cooker line is made of elegant 18/10 stainless steel and designed with a larger diffuser bottom for higher cooking efficiency. The Chef has many updated features including a pressure indicator with 2 pressure positions, self cleaning valve, maximum fill line and compact handles for better storage. It also includes a removable timer, which helps to simplify the cooking process.
