Brite R450 notifies you if you need more natural light to start your day or less before you head to bed. It leverages its advanced light spectrum sensor and algorithms to do this. Simply use the LifeTrak app to view your light exposure data over time and compare to your activity and sleep.
Smartphone notifications & Inactivity alerts
Stay motivated. Keep in touch with social notifications, such as IM, text, caller ID, calendar reminders from your friends, family and your favorite apps. Keep moving throughout the day by customizing your inactivity alert so that Brite R450 can tell you when you've been sitting too long and spark you to get going.

Then, Intelligent Wake Up uses a gentle vibrating alarm and your real-time sleep quality data to wake you at your optimal time - when you are not in deep sleep. Each day, review your sleep quality data to help you improve your next night's rest. Finally, Brite R450's advanced wrist-off detection means it automatically records both sleep and naps.
