The most important part of any barebones is the motherboard, because that is where all other upgrades originate from. We opted for the tried and true Biostar P4M900 motherboard, as it has unparalleled reliability and plenty of upgrade options. For number crunching horsepower, the new Pentium Dual Core E2180 CPU is installed. For a good baseline amount of memory, 2GB of high speed DDR2-800 comes standard, which is of course upgradeable all the way to 4GB!
