In addition to films, you can access online extras with this player for an interactive entertainment experience. Once connected, you can access online streaming services like CinemaNow, Netflix, BlockBuster On Demand, Pandora and VUDU (some require a subscription). With BD Live Profile 2.0 you can also download extras found online like chats, games, quizzes, movie trailers and more with Blu-ray discs that support this feature so you won't miss out on a thing.
To accompany your favorite movies, this player has a built-in decoder for DTS and DTS HR Master Audio, which are audio formats encoded on many Blu-ray discs. Master Audio offers 7.1 channels of lossless digital audio to give you a detailed, immersive sound field.
But that's not all. Just pop in a USB memory drive to listen to MP3 files or see your JPEG photos displayed in high resolution on your HDTV. It supports playback of your CDs and even has an SD memory card slot so you can access additional files. Since this player also supports HDMI CEC, you can control everything with one remote if you have other devices that also support this function.
