AG-MC100G UNIDIRECTIONAL Microphone
UNIDIRECTIONAL Microphone For the Panasonic AG-DVX100 CAMCORDER.
The AG-MC100G is a super-directional electric microphone developed for camera recorders and other professional applications.
The AG-MC100G has a stabilized power supply circuit built into the grip and uses a DC 48 V capacitor microphone phantom supply.
The output connector for the AG-MC100G is a Canon XLR3-12C type connector which is compatible with NEUTRIK NC3FX and Canon XLR3-11C type plugs. Electrolytic capacitor microphones are easily damaged by high temperatures and humidity. Therefore, take care not to expose the microphone to water or to leave the microphone for extended periods of time near strong lights, exposed to direct sunlight during the summer, or in vehicles with the windows rolled up, etc. Be sure to use an output cable with balanced connections. Unbalanced cables (cables which short Pin 2 or 3 to Pin 1) cannot be used.
