Brand new out of the box and it doesn't work correctly. I called the support for brother and they are horrible. Troubleshooting from the manual on their end that I've already done that and told the person. Not one bit of help and tells me to take it to a service center. I bought this machine on 4/6/19 first time using it the needle snaps. No, it's not the user. Im using different cloth, Stabilizer, and threads and each time the image is awful. Changed the tension too, upper and bobbin. The machine snapped the needle the first use 30 secs in. Ive snapped about 15 needles in 8 different images. That all come out like horrible.

This is my second Brother embroidery machine and I love all the features such as: push button start and stop, needle threader, thread cutter, Disney designs, USB support for designs.

This machine has a lot of features for the price. Besides the obvious features built in to it I have downloaded adorable patterns for the 4" x 4" frame. It's is very user friendly and stitches well.

Just getting started. Used to sign quilt I am currently finishing. Bought tea towels to embroider for family gifts. Will be working on them over next several weeks.

It will not let me change the letters to go across says memory full and when u delete stuff it says saving

I have sold and owned brand name sewing machines and for me, Brother is the best quality and price! I have the P-Disney embroidery machine, serger, home sewing machine, and Knit King Knitter: all BROTHER! Love them and highly recommend them.

It's a great backup embroidery machine. It's hard to view the embroidery designs in the window. If you don't have a production sheet to follow you can't figure it out.
