Unit works fine WHEN it works. I use the SPX3000 in a light duty capacity. The unit failed several times with SunJoe support never standing behind its product. I had to fix it on my own dime. Two units in 4 for years, both dead now.

The pressure washer did a good job, however used twice since new and the hose blew out. Sun Joe said it's normal wear and tear. So much for a warranty?

Reel broke but didn't really matter because it was too hard to actually use. Leaks pretty bad and has to continually repressurize without spraying. Had to return the first one I ordered because it was broken.

I have the SJ618E model (which they are still selling online here) and cannot get a replacement belt for them from this company or any company. Snowblower is completely useless without a belt.

Vacuum hasn't had good suction since first couple times we used it. Even after cleaning all filters, suction was still bad. Couldn't pay me to use SnowJoe/SunJoe products. Just cheap garbage that doesn't work. Buy a shovel and a bucket. It's less messy than this vacuum and will far outlast it.

This product is not worth the money. I tried to use it on 4 inches of fluffy snow and it took so much effort just to push it along. It kept getting stuck, snow wasn't blowing forward and there was no wind. It also don't work in wet snow. I can shovel the driveway quicker than using this machine. Not the ideal tool for seniors.

This thing is a SERIOUS HAZARD. It cannot stop, even when the button is turned off. Releasing the handle do NOTHING, it keep spinning. The worst of it all is when I was working on the deck for other thing and it STARTED BY ITSELF, I had to unplug the thing to make it stop I tried to bring it inside thinking it was ice but even after that it is still doing it I have two of them and at this point I am seriously afraid to use them

This is one of the most dangerous thing I have. It does not stop when releasing the handle. It does not even stop when I turn it off using the back button. This afternoon while I was working on the back deck, IT STARTED BY ITSELF when I was near. The back button was in the off position. I even tried to bring it inside thinking it was ice, but IT IS STILL DOING IT. I have two of them and at this point I am too afraid to use them again. There is some serious issues with these
