Bought this attachment for my 21yo daughter as an addition for the bench mixer, threw in some pasta master cookbooks and she was making her own pasta within days. Her Italian boyfriend loves it too, and they now spend evenings in making pasta together. Solid, well built, easy to use with great basic recipes included with the manual

I bought the 3 piece pasta roller as my son loves all types of pasta. Not only has it made my life easier but it's also became a way for my child & I to connect over the love of cooking pasta together! I've been making my own pasta for about 20 years using a manual roller. The results were always good but the process involved meant I only made it only occasionally - particularly waiting for the exact right time for the dough to dry enough to cut it without sticking or having to individually pull them apart. I finally invested in the KitchenAid auto rollers and couldn't be happier. It is so much faster and there is no need to wait between rolling out the sheets and cutting the pasta. Cuts perfectly every time. No it's no problem to make fresh pasta weekly.

This attachment is simply excellent. Super easy to use. First time we pumped out 500 grams of perfect spaghetti. Will make it difficult to go back to packet pasta! Highly recommend this attachment. Solid built quality as you would expect from KitchenAid. We are massive foodies and if you are too, it is simply a must. Buy with confidence!
