    1. Slow start up/Shut down of TV 2. Smart Remote directions to identify buttons and usage is limited. Placement of Home burron below sound decrease button is in a horrible place 3. TV did not pick up all my DirecTV Channels programmed on my box and doesn't program all my DirecTV remote buttons to work with LG Smart Remote 4. Overall setup of TV, WiFi, Netflix and Amazon Prime was simple and quick 5. Sound and TV Colors are very good 6. Chicken Feet do support the 65" TV but a sturdier base support would be better 7. Only 1 Smart Remote was included, 2 would have been nicer because remotes do get misplaced or damaged 8. Deleting/Adding LG Internet Channels should be easier 9. TV was a Birthday Gift from family

    After about a month I have come to the conclusion I could have bought a much cheaper TV. The SJ9500 (last years model) does have great qualities and a stunning picture IF you can get HDR QUALITY PROGRAMMING. Unfortunately for now, at least, most everything you get is in STANDARD DEFINITION which could just as easily be watched on a set costing a thousand dollars less. Some Netflix movies are now coming out in HD and supposedly even in 4K. Those I look forward to seeing. I even upgraded my standard BlueRay DVD player to the LG 4K HDR model hoping for more movies to be released in 4K. The wait continues but i am ready!

    Only had this unit for about 3 weeks but it is well rounded in all areas; Viewing angles are best in class; Picture is excellent; Sound is very good or maybe the best for any ultra thin LED set; Magic remote is really cool (think laser pointer).

    I am having issue's with my it disconnecting my playstation. Saying there's no signal. I have to go and disconnect the HDMI cable and reconnect it!?

    I am very disappointed with this LG product. My are beginning to have black screens. I contacted LG and we did a reset and then it worked. Now it is happens again and again. It looks like we did not fix the problem. I hope I can get my money back

    Hello, to help with that, go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture. In this menu you can adjust Energy Saving, Eye Comfort Mode and Motion Eye Care which can all have an effect on the brightness. ^AC

    This is my 2nd LG Super HD set, my first was an 55SJ8500, which I loved, but I needed a larger screen and upgraded to the 9500 version in 65" screen size. Even easier to set up the second time around and the picture is stunning, particularly when displaying 4K HDR content.
