-A VHF "true diversity" receiver designed to help the videographer to create quality audio with less chance of dropouts.
-The nature of RF signals is such that they bounce off walls or structures creating "dead spots" or sudden loss of signal.
-The WDR-PRO with 2 selectable frequencies 2 front-end receivers inside the case and 2 antennas has been designed to overcome this inherent problem.
-Both receivers are set to the same frequency and the WDR-PRO's circuitry selects the receiver with the stronger signal from the microphone and accepts this signal. Hence less chance of dropouts.
-The LEDs on the WDR-PRO turn from red to green as one receiver and then the other receives a stronger signal.
-Optional mini-to-XLR and mini-to-1/4" phone plug cables are available.
-All receivers and transmitters in the "PRO" Series are on the same 2 frequencies (169.445MHz and 170.245MHz).
