The USB port, HDMI,& Card reader were things I liked but most of all that battery could be changed without taking it to a shop or returning to supplier as most do. Having a backup battery is really useful when you can't charge it.Luckily I got one 1/2 price on Toshiba site. I'm enjoying mine & am happy with my choice.

The product is great and easy to use. Perfect for Android lovers. Only problem I have is finding a word processing program and also the screen rotation is extremely lagged.

My entire family loves this tablet. It's good for pretty much everything - browsing the Internet, reading e-mails and books, watching movies and Youtube, listening MP3 music, audiobooks and podcasts, video-messaging with your friends, and, of course, playing games.

Good thing is that the most of Android apps are free - you simply need to find ones, that would be right for you. I recommend to read user reviews before installing any.

My own set of applications, installed from Android Market, includes MX Video Player, Cool Reader, BeyondPod, Skype, Barcode reader, Flashlight, and Andry Birds game :)). The rest (photo gallery, calendar, music player, etc.) come with standard Android.

If you plan to type a lot, I would recommend to get external Bluetooth keyboard - it's much easier to use it, rather than on-screen one.

Had to do an RMA with original order as the sound didn't work on my Thrive. Once I determined it wasn't a connection problem between the seat and keyboard, I contacted Beach Camera and they handled the RMA quickly and professionally. They paid the shipping both ways via Fedex and my new unit works perfectly. Can watch Youtube vidos and strangely also The WB but not Hulu. Sound is strong but much better with earphones. All in all, very satified with their service and pricing.

So far the tablet works well, there are some apps missing (hulu) that I would like but it is not available yet. Works great for email, web browsing, and reading books. I like this tablet so far.
