Yamaha's NS-777 Floor Standing Speaker is designed specifically for home theater applications. This high performance floor standing speaker is a bass-reflex design that can be used for main channels and incorporates a pair of 8 Polymer-Injected Mica Diaphragm (PMD) cone woofers a 5 midrange cone driver and a 1 aluminum dome tweeter. The built-in Waveguide Horns greatly reduce reflected sound and increase the proportion of directly generated sound waves reaching your ears and add to a more precise sense of sound direction and placement. The bi-wiring capability gives separation between the terminals woofers and other drivers which reduces modulation distortion and adds to better sound quality. Finally the speakers are encased in a sophisticated Elliptical Form cabinet high glossed in a sleek-black piano finish that easily compliments any entertainment room.
