The Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K (Full Frame – L-Mount) is a next-generation digital film camera designed to deliver cinematic image quality, flexible lens compatibility, and modern production workflows. Built around a full-frame 36 × 24 mm sensor with 6K resolution (6048 × 4032), it captures stunning detail, rich color, and natural depth of field for professional filmmaking.

Designed for advanced workflows, the camera supports 12-bit Blackmagic RAW and Apple ProRes recording, as well as simultaneous proxy recording, enabling faster editing and cloud-based collaboration. This makes it ideal for productions that require both high image quality and efficient post-production pipelines.

The active Leica L-mount offers exceptional flexibility, allowing compatibility with a wide range of lenses from the L-Mount Alliance as well as adapted lenses from other systems. Combined with a built-in optical low-pass filter (OLPF) and approximately 13 stops of dynamic range, the camera produces clean, cinematic images with reduced moiré and accurate detail.
