Bought 4 of them in total 2 for my kids and 2 for gifts. Initially ordered 2 and they came the next day snd were in very good condition so i ordered 2 more but the scond order of the boogie board was incomplete. One was missing the sleeve and the other was missing the stylus and the sleeve. And the package was in not so good condition. ( since i ordered open box) But i must say i called in to tell them that I received incomplete items and since the item was oos , in order for them to send the missing parts they gave me reasonable amount of refund. Overall i am happy to buy from a company which gives importance to customer service and customer satisfaction. Will definitely buy from them again.
