Pros: Works great as this is my second one of the series seven razors. I liked the first one so we'll after 5 years I decide to use it as a backup and replace with this new one. Although pricey the shave is second to none as far as electric shavers go. Pros: Cons: Yours is the only website with default city of Garden Valley for zip 75771 that I've ever visited. I filled in my address as Hideaway but your order confirmation e-mail listed the shipping address as Garden Valley. I immediately sent customer service a msg noting the wrong city in the address. I followed up with a 2'nd msg a few minutes later. A couple of hours later I received notice that the item had shipped and then I received your answer to my e-mails notifying me that it was too late. A more timely response would have corrected the shipping address and saved a 82 year old man some needless worry. No real damage and the item arrived in good shape so I would definitely order again.
