I love this machine. Although I was told that as soon as I get use to it I would be looking to go bigger... I see why lol

For a first timer this is a great machine! Very easy to use. Things I truly like about the machine. All the preloaded images give a first timer more than enough things to "practice" with before doing actual projects. The screen is set up so you have numbers to match your threads. A few things I don't like. I can't tell what the picture is in the screen, so I have to be sure to have a "hard" copy of the item I'm embroidering. I also don't like the automatic threader well I loved it until the thread got tangled and I somehow broke it. Other than that I love this machine. Now remember I have never embroidered a thing in my life and this machine makes it easy! I suggest watching videos and going through the Manuel throughly as there are little tricks to fix errors along the way. Also know how to download images from other sites properly with the correct download file. Then it's all easy!

The manual is a little hard to figure out and most of it has been by playing around here and there. Have had a few issues with it jamming.

It does exactly what I wanted it to do. Disney Embroidery! That's what I wanted it to do! I haven't done tons of embroidery, but what I have done has turned our so nice. Exactly why I bought it.

I have has this for less then a year and I already have a piece that has broken on it that shreds my thread while it's embroidering so I constantly have to rethread.

This embroidery machine is easy to use in my Entrepreneurship class! My kids took to it and love using it. We were able to begin embroidering orders to sell within our school and district! We can't be happier with our purchase!
