The UL-listed Chief CMA-115 ceiling plate is designed for ease of installation with any height of drop ceiling. By using any length of standard NPT 1-1/2" pipe threaded both ends; you can extend the height capabilities to meet your needs. Can also be combined with any Chief CMS Fixed or Adjustable Extension Column to customize your installation. Use where a short extension column will be used; or in installations where there may not be adequate space for a larger plate. Weight capacity is 500 lbs. Flat 6" ceiling plate combines with any CMS Fixed or Adjustable Extension Column.
