I received this printer for free, in exchange for an open and honest review of this product. While we weren`t necessarily in need of a new printer, we really enjoyed testing this one out. I work from home, and we have 3 students in the household. Because of the compact size of the printer, it was easy to put upstairs, in a bedroom closer to where all of the kids do homework and print out papers. We loved the flexibility the dual output offers... and how responsive the printer was once it was connected. It did take a bit longer to set up than I had planned, but once we had it set up, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the output. We printed some 4x6 pictures, and after we finally found out where to load the paper, we were happy with the quality of pictures that printed. If I had to return this printer after my trial period, I would end up going out to buy another one, as it quickly became a family favorite in our home!

I received a free sample of this printer to review and the printer was actually better then what I expected since I do not typical use this brand for when deciding to purchase this type of product. I loved the product even though it came with many ink cartridges. It was a free product for me to review

I received the Canon PIXMA TS8020 printer for free in exchange for my I unbiased review. I must say that this printer has easy set up instructions and I absolutely loved that it is wireless. The size is compact and doesn't take up a lot of room which is a huge plus for me. The printer does require 6 ink cartridges which was alarming but the price is seems to be affordable. I was extremely happy to see that the ink cartridges load from top vs the bottom. This makes everything go smoother. The touch screen is awesome as it flips up and makes it effortless to use. Overall, I have truly enjoyed using this printer as the quality of prints is superb . I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends and would be more than willing to purchase it for myself.

I received this printer for free in exchange for agreeing to write this review. Overall, I am impressed with the Pixma. The design is great. My office doubles as a guest room so I used to hide away all of my office supplies before entertaining. With this printer I just don't feel the need to - I leave it out all of the time! It's super intuitive and easy to use, setup was a breeze. Wireless connectivity makes printing from anywhere easy. And, most importantly, the printing quality is great!

I received this printer as a sample to review. Its designed very well. Its small and easy to carry and it prints very fast. That is the best feature of this print. I didnt care for the noise it makes when its done printing. Also the color is off when printing picture. Putting the printer together is a task but well worth it in the end. Another great feature is when its out of paper the tray comes out and ready for more paper. Over all its a great small nicely designed printer and im happy i got the chance to review it.

I received a free sample in exchange for agreeing to write a review. The printer is great. I like that it is compact and sleek. My favorite feature is AirPrint. AirPrint makes the printer so convenient because I can just perform tasks from my cell phone. Setting up the printer was easy enough and doesn't take much time. This is a great printer because it prints fast, compact, easy to use and hooks up to my cell phone. It definitely meets my expectations of what I want in a printer and I would recommend it to my friends and family. I also like that it's available in red.

The Pixma TS8020 is a super multi-functional exceptional printer and I found it to be superior compared to all the other printers that I owned. I must mention to anyone consider purchasing this printer that it`s extremely difficult to set up and it takes time to get acclimated with all the amazing, yet complex features. It took extensive time and patience to learn everything and set it up. I`ll be honest, I was a bit frustrated but in the back of my mind, I thought, wow, this printer is like a super printer. Not everything is easily laid out for you. You must explore, research, and re-read everything. I`m more of a picture, hands on type of person that needs to play around with it to figure things out which worked in my case. I had to call Cannon support to figure out the loading trays and the ubiquitous error code that kept popping up on the screen. After fifty minutes, the issue was resolved and he helped me. Good customer service, but lengthy time for a minor issue like closing the tray and paper loading. All the compartments are compacted in together so it gets confusing. Then, installing it took a while and it was a bit confusing, but that was actually easier than some of the issues like paper loading and printing glossy paper. I had to research to see an online video of how you can load glossy 4x6 printer paper, and finally figured it out. Yet again, there is another compartment on top of the printer somewhat hidden. This took a while, but when I finally printed some photos of my family, I was extremely pleased at how professional, colorful, and clear the photos were. It was as though I now have my own photo lab with this new, impressive, yet complex, confusing, and difficult to understand printer. True, Cannon has the tools and you need to play around with it and research, but it was well worth it seeing the end product: those clear & colorful photos that looked store-bought bringing back some fond family memories. I also love the fact that it is wireless, and I have the option of using my network and not another cord, which I like. I have not used the function of using it from my phones yet or tablet (didn`t want to get frustrated and don`t need this feature just yet), but it`s a nice feature they offer especially if you are not home and want to get something printed off of your phone. The scanning, copying, and regular printing functions are quite remarkable as well. The quality is clear and colorful; it looks very professional and I was satisfied with the outcome. I should mention that I was sent a free sample of the product for this review. Overall, I`m impressed with this printer and all the high tech functions which made it a bit cumbersome because it`s not easy to figure everything out with all the compartments and difficult/confusing set up. In the end, it was well worth seeing the printed final products.

I received a free sample of the Canon Pixma TS8020 printer in exchange for providing an open and honest review of the product. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed using the printer. To start off, it's a very compact design for such a full-featured printer. It's very sleek and modern looking and doesn't take up nearly as much space as I would expect for an all-in-one copier/scanner/printer. It was packaged well and was easy to remove and set up. There are more ink cartridges than I'm used to - the machine takes a total of six. Besides the typical CMYK (cyan, yellow, magenta, black) you also have a gray and a photo black. While I don't really understand the differences in the colors, the documentation states that these are used to make more realistic colors for photos. I was concerned with the costs of replacing so many inks, but it is nice that they are all separate cartridges so you can replace only the ones that have run low (as opposed to the all-in-one cartridges that some other printers use, requiring you to replace all the inks if one runs low.) Installation of the inks was simple by following the clear and easy-to-read display screen. I printed some test photos using the included sample photo paper and was very happy with how clear and sharp the photos came out. These definitely don't look like the grainy, obviously home printed photos I've had in the past. I would absolutely print photos from this machine to display in my home. After setup on my laptop and phone I was able to print wirelessly from those devices as well. It was straight-forward to setup and very simple to use afterwards. The printer also connects to the cloud so you can print directly from Facebook, Google, or other storage sites. Scanning was quick and easy to understand, with some special modes included (for scanning ID's or DVD labels, etc.) Copying works well, but the color copies were not 100% true to the original color. Although I didn't try it, the printer can also print from a memory card. It also includes a tray that can be used to print labels for DVDs/CDs, which is nice. Overall I was thrilled with the quality of this product and how full-featured it is for such a compact printer. Although I've completed my review period, I have no intention of switching back to my old printer. The Canon Pixma TS8020 is my new everyday printer!

In exchange for my honest opinion of this product, I received this printer for free. This was my very first wireless printer so I was very excited to use it. Overall, the printer exceeded my expectations, however one very minor thing I should point out that might help or be of interest to consumers interested in purchasing this product. Out of the box, setup was quick and easy. Although I am extremely tech savvy, I struggled a tad bit with getting the printer to connect wireless to my MAC computer. I followed the manual's instruction step by step and still no connection. After several failed attempts to connect (which turned out the printer had automatically chosen another WIFI network and not my own), I went into "investigative" mode and figured out that I needed to go into the "manual" printer settings and change the WIFI network to my own and enter my password ON THE PRINTER. I repeated the steps in the instruction manual to connect to computer via wireless connection and...VOILA!!! My device and printer were successfully connected =)) I absolutely love the sleek shiny look of the printer (I have the black one) and the quiet glide during the printing phase, especially the hands off automatic slide in/out paper output tray. The print quality was crisp with documents and pictures as well. Having purchased other Canon products in the past and being highly satisfied, this product did not disappoint.

This printer is amazing! First, I received this printed complimentary in exchange for my honest review. Initially I was concerned with the size of the printer when I received the box in the mail. However, the printer was compact and did not take up much space at all. It is also very light weight. I received the black version and it looks very modern. Setting up the printer was simple. I set the printer up to my laptop (Windows 10), tablet and android phone. The printer is wireless and once I set it to the wifi I was good to go. My absolute favorite feature is being able to print from my phone. I tested printing a couple photos and actually some documents from my cell and it worked perfectly. I am also a student and I needed to print some materials for my class and I was able to do it without any issues. The touch screen is an added bonus. Scanning documents was a breeze. The cartridges were easy to install. The colored items I printed were vivid and not dull looking. I have had various brands of printers and this one by far is rated within my top five. I am pleased with the product and have completely swapped out my HP printer for this one. I will definitely consider Canon products in the future.
