    I actually loved this Canon PIXMA TS8020 all-in-one printer. Of all the inkjet printers I have had, this one made it easier to connect and print from any device than any other. It printed documents quickly (as inkjet printers go) and with high quality. Copying was extremely easy. Scanning to a file was easy; scanning to Google Drive was easy too, but unless you're the only user of the printer, it's not very convenient because switching users involves logging out and logging in on the little touchscreen. Still, it's a nice feature that works just fine. The scanner does not have an automatic document feeder, which might be a good thing, i.e. fewer moving parts that could break... And that's a tad ironic, because the main problem with this printer is parts that break. Suddenly, without warning, and right after the one-year warranty period passed?and right after I had restocked the ink?it stopped printing and started making bad clicking sounds and throwing up errors like 6004 and C000, as well as erroneous paper jam errors (i.e. "clear a paper jam" but no paper jam to clear). With a little examination, I found a part near the ink tanks that was loose, and there was wet ink everywhere. So it just broke somehow, with no misuse on my part. I tried navigating the tech support phone tree and only ended up with an operator who chided me for doing it wrong. I tried navigating the tech support website and got to a place where it wouldn't let me continue unless I chose one of the options, but there were no options to choose. I realize they would not have helped for free anyway, because the one-year warranty had just expired, but I was hoping at least to make my grievance known, though even that effort failed. So I threw this printer in the trash and ordered a new one from a manufacturer other than Canon. In summary, this printer was wonderful until it was an inky, messy, noisy piece of junk. Two stars instead of one because it truly was wonderful while it lasted.

    Hate it. There is ALWAYS a problem or issue to be solved. Most recently I couldn't get my daughter's tablet to connect via any app or directly, looked at the settings on my laptop and somehow permissions are changed. I tried going to the website, and my password doesn't work. I'll probably make a video of smashing it when I get a new one.

    This printer is an absolute nightmare. It is always malfunctioning - and when it does work, which is very rare, it takes FOREVER. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and I would not recommend this printer to anyone.

    I'm crazy about this little gem of a printer! It uses 6 inks instead of the usual 4 or 5. Beautiful color and was easy to set up wirelessly. First ever brown printer but it appears black in the room....very dark brown. Great price, too! #sweepstakes

    Paper jam after paper jam. Printer would not work properly using the 2 sided print option. Tried 2 different paper types with same results. Sent it back
