So disappointed, this is the worst vaccum I have ever bought. The rotator brush will stop multiple times. The rubber on the rotator is falling apart and is clogging it from successfully spinning and is making a god awful noise. And the design is awful as you cannot take it apart to clean it or anything like you can with a dyson. I use this vaccum daily as I have a German shepherd and an Australian shepherd and I wish I stuck with a Dyson as I have one I've had since 2016, and it is still running just fine, but I wanted to get an updated vaccum and I gave Shark a chance and ended up so disappointed.

received this model vacuum as a replacement because my warranty was still in effect on my other vacuum. the inner hose split and my model was no longer available. because this model vacuum is much heavier than the other vacuum and doesn't move over carpets as easily as my other model. I have to push it rather than it driving more on its own, not that it is supposed to but other model moved much easier. this model is not supposed to have things wind around brush, however the first use the brushes have dog hair stuck where I cannot reach it to remove, therefore I only rted 3

I bought this vacuum in May 2024. Had to send the bottom.part of the vacuum back 3 times because the belt or something was making it smell like burnt rubber. Each time I did a video chat to show the vacuum was practically brand new. So now they have sent us a new vacuum. It runs great but once so far we have smelled the same smell so we are hoping it is not a sign that we will have the same issue. When the vacuum works it's great.

Best vacuum I've ever had. Great suction and does wonders on hardwood and carpet. Love that the hair doesn't get caught around the roller! Only negative about it is it's a little heavy but worth it!

Love my vacuum. My last one broke and they sent me a new one as the last one was a year old. We trouble shooted it and it could not be fixed. No issues just replaced it.

Have had this maybe 4 months. The fist few times using was great. After that it stated smelling like it was hot( every thing was clear not plugged anywhere). Contacted customer service they sent a new bottom part. Worked great until now around 2 months later and doing the same thing. Smells hot not clogged. Frustrating...

I purchased this vacuum on March 2024. After 5 months the vacuum start with some issues; the wire was peeling, the body broke and couldn't stay straight, one of the wheels was broken. I call because the warranty and they replaced the parts. I have to say that I bought the 5years of warranty. But after 10 months after the purchase the floor nozzles don't work anymore, the lights turn on and off and now don't turn on and the vacuum can get the dirty or dust. 😔 I have to say is normal wear. I call again but they say The floor nozzles can't be cover by the warranty 😡 So, I had to purchase because I needed it 😔

The suction power on this vacuum is amazing but the vacuum is very heavy. I bought it after reading reviews that it's a lighter vacuum than some other Shark vacuums. It was misleading. The vacuum is heavy!
