    I have had this TV the 55" B6 since 2016. It remains as fanstastic as the day I bought it picture and performance-wise. No burn in, no green dots, etc. like others mention here. My only complaint is that the WEBOS won't upgrade to incorporate more contemporary apps, like MAX. I thought I was having problems with it until I found out it was a bad satellite dish relay box in the bedroom that made the TV appear to be unstable. I had it replaced and also reset the TV. I also changed the HDMI cable. These changes fixed everything.

    I've had this since 2016 it works great and all. Only down fall is that it gets hot enough to warm my bedroom up in the anytime of the year. I usually cut it off after two hours of it being on because it'll get too hot in my bedroom. I've taken a digital thermometer to the tv screen and it reads between 100°f to 120°.

    I know this model comes in a commerical series and a residential series. Both use the same part/model number. The residential is the newer model with hdr10 whereas the other does not carry hdr10. Is this the newer model with hdr10?
