I chose these pans as my employee 15 year anniversary gift and I am so glad that I did. My husband and I have been talking about getting new pans for a while as our old pans have gotten bad. These pans conduct heat well and we get a more even cook on things. I would recommend these to anyone.

Pots and pans are well made and feel substantial. The lids seem to be much less substantial, but all in all, they are a good value. We have had Cuisinart pots and pans since the 1980's and these meet our needs for our current situation.

Can't go too wrong with stainless steel. They are a bit difficult to keep that polished clean look as every singe water mark , blemish shows up on them. Definitely glad to cook in a non toxic material without breaking the bank.

Love this cookware! Looks great, cleans up easily, transfers heat amazingly! It's everything it's supposed to be. Handles do get hot! Wear mitts! Otherwise, my only regret is I didn't buy it 42 years ago!

We won't get our induction cooktop (range) installed for a few more days, but we've been using this Cuisinart set for a couple of weeks, now, and have mixed feelings. The interior is so glossy that it's literally impossible to clean without leaving scratches, despite soaking them for far longer than we ever had to soak our decades-old Revereware pieces (which we will miss awfully). I can't for the life of me think why the interior is glossier than the exterior. They also weigh a TON, and the lids don't have a steam-managing form, so boil-overs are all too common with this new Cuisinart set. It's darned near enough to make us change our minds about going with induction, but standard electric sucks, and natural gas is a source of long-term toxicity, so it's a no-win situation.

This Is a high quality cookware set and it works great on my induction cooktop. It is heavier than my previous cookware and I need to be a little careful when lifting it until I am used to the difference in the weight. There is a note in the manual about cooking anything with tomato sauce in the pans, so be aware of how to clean the discoloration or use a different piece of cookware. I'm glad that I made this purchase and would recommend it to others.
