    Pros: Solid, dependable, good size water tank, correct amount produced for selected size. Rspid cycle for multiple cups. Excellent fit and finish. Cons: Need to be sure the top is closed completely, if slightly open top of K cup ruptures. Other thoughts: Much nicer then original brewer

    Pros: This is my favorite K-Cup coffee maker, I have owned 2 in the past. I was heart-broken when I could no longer find the same model new. I am usually too nervous to buy 'refurbished' items. However, this one is functioning perfectly and cost nearly $100 less than if I could have found it new! Thank you! Cons: My only issue is that I opted to by the Squaretrade insurance since it was refurbished and i have been happy with squaretrade insurance previously bought (and used) for a TV I purchased at Costco. I received the coffee maker promptly and was told the insurance would arrive separately. It has been weeks and I still do not have the paperwork for the insurance. Other thoughts:

    Pros: Convenient coffee machine with nice features such as ice coffee, temperature control, hot water and very fast brewing. Cons: didn't last much longer than a year. Other thoughts: If you purchase this model make sure to get an extended warranty. I went with Square Trade and was quickly refunded full purchase amount...

    How do you de-scale the Cuisinart Model SS 700 K cup coffee maker?

    Open Reply - In-House ExpertFollow these steps to de-scale your unit: 1. Empty the reservoir. 2. Disable the AUTO OFF and OFF TIME features. 3. Making sure there is no K-Cup in the brewing chamber, fill the reservoir with 60 oz. of undiluted white vinegar. 4. Place a large mug on the drip tray and run a Hot Water cycle. Select the 12 oz. brew size. Discard contents of mug. 5. Repeat the hot water process until ADD WATER is displayed on the control panel and the reservoir lights will flash. 6. Let the Brewer stand for at least four hours while still on. 7. Rinse the water reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water. 8. Run another Hot Water cycle. Discard contents of large mug. 9. Repeat hot water process until ADD WATER is displayed on the control panel and the reservoir lights will flash. 10. You may need to perform additional Hot Water cycles if you detect any residual vinegar taste. Note: If DE-SCALE is still displayed on the control panel after completing the procedure, repeat the de-scaling procedure above. Hope that helpWas this answer helpful to you
