My 10-year-old one was looking a little worn, though still working fine. This is such a great product that I splurged and ordered another of the exact same model. Fits perfectly in our small kitchen. Use for toast, broiling, baking, and reheating. Cleaned up my 2014 one and passed it on to a grateful friend.

Great little toaster oven. Replaced an 8 year old Cuisinart oven. This one appears to be solid and works well. Just Wish the knobs had a better marking for indication. I had to use silver paint on the line to see it better....

Toaster smokes when on.
Can not use with a timer. Will burn top of food on Bake well before timer times out.
Must watch when in use.
Never had this problem with previous toasters.
Need eye glasses to read dial selection.
Not pleased we purchased this toaster.

Loved our first one but when it was was time to replace it the second one after a few months - almost burnt our house down. I came home from work to find it on! It had been on baking for hours. Unable to shut off unless unplugged! Now if we want to use we have to plug in each time and it only bakes now, no toasting in this toaster oven and Cruisinart not replacing or stand by their product!

I am having trouble off and on with my oven door. It seems to have a catch in it which makes it not want to fully open. It is very frustrating because it is not yet 2 months old

Works great I did not realize the bottom pan goes in the bottom slot and I threw it away. Toaster works fine. Can I purchase the replacment panfor bottom with faceplate?

The toaster seems to operate ok but the controls are very hard to read. My nephew used "whiteout" to highlight the position of the controls. That helped.
