    I'm so upset that it has a burn in. This is my 3rd LG OLED TV. It occurs right after the warranty period ends.

    Within the last few months, the television will not stay connected to the internet. I called customer service twice and during the second phone call, I needed to completely reboot the tv to the original settings and download the apps. Each phone call took one hour or longer. The tv still does not maintain the connection and we need to go to settings and manually connect the tv or unplug the tv. The internet connection is working from Xfinity.

    My LG OLED is 7 months out of it's 4 year warranty and we have screen image burn-in. TV has not been abused, and is watched on different channels at different times. All settings are correct, as advised, to prevent image burn-in. We still have it even after many pixel refreshings. Have been in contact with LG OLED team. Awaiting their response. Customer service only offered a %15 discount on a smaller OLED TV. Have numerous documented testimonials on those who received repairs and replacements after longer time periods out of warranties. HELP LG!!!!!

    Way better apps UI than the newer models. I wish the newer TVs would bring back the apps overlay instead of the full screen apps menu!
