The Eureka E20 Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop is an automated floor-cleaning system designed for hard floors and carpets, combining 8,000Pa suction, vacuuming and mopping, a bagless self-emptying station, anti-hair-tangle brush design, obstacle avoidance, smart mapping, app control, and up to 180 minutes of runtime. The bagless dock can hold debris for up to approximately 45 days, reducing how often the station needs to be emptied.

The E20 Plus uses a transparent bag-free self-emptying station rather than disposable dust bags. Its multi-cyclonic dust collection system uses a 13-cone structure to separate debris before it reaches the station filter, helping maintain airflow while eliminating the ongoing need to purchase replacement collection bags.

With up to 8,000Pa of suction, the robot is designed to collect dust, crumbs, pet hair, and other debris from multiple floor types. The vacuum also incorporates an anti-hair-tangling V-shaped rubber roller brush, designed to reduce hair wrap and simplify maintenance in homes with pets or long hair.

The integrated mopping system allows the robot to vacuum and mop during the same cleaning cycle. A 10 mm mop-lifting function raises the mop when required, helping the robot transition between hard flooring and compatible carpeted areas without manually removing the mop pad.

Navigation and obstacle handling are supported by DuoDetect AI 3D obstacle avoidance and smart mapping. The system is designed to identify and navigate around common household objects while creating organized cleaning maps. Through the Eureka robot app, users can configure cleaning zones, schedules, no-go areas, multi-level maps, and other personalized cleaning settings.

The rechargeable 5,200mAh battery provides up to approximately 180 minutes of maximum runtime, allowing the E20 Plus to cover larger spaces before returning to its charging station. The robot can automatically recharge and continue scheduled cleaning as needed.

Smart-home integration adds another level of convenience. The Eureka robot app supports connected control, while compatible voice integrations include Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri, allowing supported cleaning functions to be initiated without directly operating the robot.
