Pros: Easy to use. Heats up in only 30 seconds. Adjustable handle. Washable mop cloths. Lightweight. Cons: It actually works best if you wet the mop cloth before putting it on the steam mop. I had to find that out the hard way. Other thoughts:

There are 3 picture of 3 different steam mops I am specifically looking for the one w the handle that has a flat part on the bottem of it. The other model I do not want is a rounded handle. Please specify which this is so I may purchase the correct mop I'm looking for. The one in the first picture is the one I want, not the second picture it is a different mop w different specifications. Thank you
