Google Home Max is designed with advanced hardware for room-filling stereo sound. With two 4.5” woofers that offer 22mm of excursion, it can hit a wide range of low frequencies. Plus, Max is built with a sealed, rigid polycarbonate housing and an acoustic brace to reduce distortion. So there’s no unwanted resonance or muddiness, even when you crank up the volume. To make sure Max can still hear you over the music, far-field mics are optimized for high volumes. Stand up Max vertically or place it down horizontally. Whichever orientation you choose, a built-in sensor ensures lifelike performance.

Smart Sound adapts the listening experience to you - not the other way around. Using six internal microphones to measure the acoustics of your room, Google Home Max automatically adjusts the equalizer settings for the most balanced sound.
