The FiiO TAISHAN-D03K Digital to Analog Audio Converter is a simple device that converts coaxial or optical S/PDIF digital audio into a stereo analog output, perfect for multimedia components such as TVs or CD/DVD/Blu-ray players.

TAISHAN-D03K is a digital audio analog converter, which can transfer digital audio (optical/coaxial) to two channels analog audio and output (using directly with headphone is not recommended), suitable for use with devices such as digital televisions, CD/DVD/Blue-ray players etc.

Pros: This item corrected my problem of not having the audio and video synched with my external speakers and my wireless headset. It has worked great, even though I have only had it for several weeks Cons: The only real con is that it needs an external power source. One more piece of equipment to find a power source for. Other thoughts:

Pros: none Cons: did not work on my Philips TV. The company failed to list the requirement of having to change the internal output on the TV to something that would let this unit work and Philips says that it cannot be done. Other thoughts:

Does it come with a power supply? or is that extra if i don't have an extra usb port . I use that one for my flashdrive input which i need for my signal. My tv only has one usb port and i want to use your device so I can use my headphones
