    Overall the toaster oven works very well. I can cook a meal for 2 or a small pizza without having to turn on the entire oven. I use it very frequently and it has kept up relatively well for over two years now. About 1 year into use, it started making a very loud sound while heating up. There is also no air fryer built-in. Other than that, it works as expected.

    This does a terrible job for toast. Two slices of bread take about 10 minutes in this toaster or at least two cycles. it takes a lot of power and the elements don't seem to heat up. It's great for cooking smaller things, but not as a toaster

    Quartz elements fail

    Terrible quality in the quartz heating element. Didn't last - each one of the heating elements has gone out after just over a year. The supports that hold the racks are poorly designed as the racks fall out of place easily resulting in burns, burned food and a mess.

    Even though this was my first toaster oven, it is very cheap. The tray is not durable enough for cooking nor warming food. People(me) should always think twice before buying the least expensive, of anything.

    Found changing temp Challenging using different functions. Pull out shelf is not secure when trying to check a food item. Portable handle is a something else to manipulate in addition to what's baking on the shelf.

    I purchased this to replace a faulty toaster oven and had high hopes for a GE appliance. It was fine for the first 6-9 months. I did find it odd that I can't set the temp to an odd degree (e.g. it would have to go to 320 or 330). We used it primarily for toast and for baking small dishes (fish filets, etc.). After that it started sporadically making very loud sounds when in use and the cook quality has tanked. Toast takes forever. The toast in the attached went through twice on maximum toast settings to just turn golden. I toasted English muffins three times this morning on maximum darkness and didn't get ANY browning. Terrible product, do not waste your money. I hesitate to consider other GE appliances in the future.
