Pros: Great for tracking steps and sleep. Only complaint is the display is not visible at night. I can't see what time it is when I roll over in the middle of the night. Love that it is waterproof, does not need charging and offers a lot of info on the display. It does its job very well and then some! Cons: Can't see the display in the dark Other thoughts:

Pros: Wouldn't have a clue the item was sent to a address I no longer live at(which is another state). Cons: Other thoughts: When I called customer service I was blown off. Luckily I purchased this item thru PayPal and they refunded my payment. One would think buydig would have tried to resolve this issue but it would seem not so much. One learns a great deal about a company on how they operate when something goes wrong

Pros: Cons: does not track steps accurately, step ticker would increase with just a slight hand movement. (eg. even sitting in the car the steps would go up quick.) syncing data to phone via app isn't very smooth. no option to have a setting to reset steps automatically after sleep or daily getting on and off from wrist is difficult read in the manuals that this device is not water resistant (not even splashes). can't turn the device off. Other thoughts:

Pros: The band with with the apps is great. I love how easy it is to sync and review. I also got the fitness pal app that works with the fitness band, so I can track my food and excerise, plus water consumption and it shows up on the connect app. It has motivated me to keep moving and I have lost 4 lbs in the 2 weeks that I have had it. The price was excellent for a fitness band that had the heart monitor with it. Cons: The heart monitor is a separate item that you wear. The steps are not accurate. I noticed that while driving my steps were increasing. Other thoughts:
