This was impressive. I was able to cook some cabbage in record-speed time. This retains the heat and really cooks completely different from a pot that you use on the stove, and it is different than a slow cooker. I love how you can remove the pot and actually use it in the oven if you wanted to—but why would you? This doesn't heat the kitchen up at all. Thick, sturdy, and everything I could ask for with a fully functional electric panel. I can customize this to my liking. I can use it for soups, breads, vegetables, stews, roasts, roasted chicken—literally anything. It's easy to clean, and super heavy duty. I think this thing might outlive me! Kidding. It comes with the nifty silicon covers to protect the handles from scorching you—mind you—they get hot. It also comes with a silicon hewing pad so you won't singe your counter tops or tables. Love it!

This electric dutch oven makes a fantastic pot roast! While the outer shell is enamel, the inner is cast iron, so we did season it before using. Its is a very heavy duty, solid appliance. I suggest keeping it on a lower shelf in your cabinet since it does have quite a bit of weight to it. It was quite easy to set up and get cooking, after seasoning. The functions are self explanatory and simple to operate. Cleanup was pretty simple as well, don't soak it, since it is cast iron inside. I like that it comes with silicone handles to lift the inner pot out of the base so you don't burn your hands. This will be great for warm days when you want the comfort of a hearty meal, but do not want to turn on your oven. So far its a great addition to our kitchen, cant wait to try some of its other functions.

First of the all, the packaging is amazing! it came in a nice box with a recipe guide inside and was nicely packed. I love the fact that it also came with a silicone mat and oven handle holders. The dutch oven is sleek and loved th red and the black color of it. I wouldnt even mind keeping this on my counter as it looks so nice! The control panel is easy to use and love the fact its nice and big.

The wife didn't have much experience using a dutch oven prior to this product, but now i can she will never look back. It is perfect for slow cooking some stewed meats. She's made some pies. She has used a number of normal slow cookers now and this was by far the best she has used. She breaks this out every week now for a meal that can last a couple day. It is also easy to use and very convenient. I can't complain because i get to eat all the food she makes . She's happy , it works great ! Looks great . It's a must have .

My two favorite things are a dutch over and a slow cooker. Instant has done it again by combining these two products. Braise, slow cooking, sear/sauté, cooking pan. This is a beautiful red dutch oven that fits into a slow cooker/braise and cooking pot. It has a great strong cord that has a good reach. The dutch part can be used on the stove and is beautiful enough to serve in. It comes with a trivet that you can set it on. I like that I can brown my meat and veggies and then slow cook all in the same pot. There are so many things that are perfect in here.. soups, stews and even bread. It comes with a instruction book and some recipes, I made the pot roast yesterday! This is so easy to clean and store and takes the place of some old items that I was using separately.

I love my Instant™ Precision 6-quart Dutch Oven. What a great way to make meals. It comes with a recipe book, the dinner rolls are to DIE for. My chilli and spaghetti sauce comes out great. I highly recommend getting one of these.

This product is pretty amazing! You can Said everything up and let the Dutch oven do its thing. The box is extremely heavy! But inside is a beautiful and well made Dutch oven. The product like this is not only a time saver in San Francisco comparison to doing the same thing in a Dutch oven inside of an oven, but it's easy to clean and then store away. This is a great product if you do not own a good oven as well.

Oh my goodness i am in love with the instant precision 6 quart dutch oven. I have made roasts with potatoes and carrots. Seared steaks with onions and mushrooms and recently attempted dinner rolls which also were a success. Dutch oven is very easy to understand and use. Easy clean up also. Great product for on the go families.

This instant precision Dutch oven is vey nice. It is six quarts. Five in one braise , sear/sauté and slow cooking. It has a removable heavy duty cast iron cooking pot with lid that has an enamel coating. You can remove the cooking pot from the base so you can use it on the stove top or in the oven. The matching lid has a self-braising grid on underside to keep food evenly moist. The cooking pot and lid are dishwasher safe for easy clean up. It also Includes a silicone protective pad to protect surfaces and silicone handle covers for serving. Overall this instant dutch oven is very nice to have.
