using the default setting I used the Vortex 3 times. Had unplug to stop it - control panel did not work. The machine has great potential - if only it could be controlled.

Bought this unit 2/2022. it has worked great till now. the control panel has burned out digital readings. still usable but wont be for much longer. it is sad that this company says throw away and purchase new. when you are on a budget that is not possible. i do not recommend this product. Case #02481730.

Do not buy this appliance. I got this as a gift over two years ago. It has recently started to display only parts of the digital numbers of the temperature and time. I called the 1-800 number for customer service to see where I could get this repaired. They said they do not have anyone in my country USA that could repair it! And I would have to buy a new one myself! I will not be buying this brand again.

I've had my Instant-Pot Airfryer Plus for over a year now, and it's become a mainstay of my bachelor kitchen home cooking. Everything from Steak to Baked Potatoes, or a snack of Breaded Fried Mushrooms and Mozzarella Sticks for my buddies and me sitting around the living room watching a game. It's one of the best items I have in my kitchen for easy cooking.

Bought mine in 2020. Love it. Use it for all dinners and leftovers reheating etc. Only use our oven now for big pizzas and baking. Love this air fryer

I bought this air fryer about 4 months ago. This is our first air fryer. I really don't see what the big deal is in air fryers. Its more like a glorified microwave. The one downside to this product is every time we use it, it has this burning plastic smell. I don't know where on this fryer its coming from. My wife hates that smell with a passion. I don't know if in time it will go away. This is my first and last air fryer.

Would not recommend....door to open requires you to hold onto oven and pull hard, every time. Not as straightforward as a different brand I had previously.

Same issue with display not working. Don't think my lasted more than a few months. I will be passing on all vortex brand products based on price to quality ratio. Simply should be better.

This has been life changing! And I love that you can see how it's cooking, without having to open it ups. My only struggle is finding replacement trays.

I bought this 2-3 years ago. I was just checking in here to see if they've made any upgrades, although I don't know how they could. This thing is a life saver. Love it.
