Pros: Cons: This was not the IP 57 I ordered. I returned it once because it was not what I paid for. The IP 57 was a Bluetooth speaker system. What was shipped to me was not a Bluetooth speaker system. But your sales or customer service people shipped backed what I thought was the IP 57 but was actually the same speaker system I returned for replacement. I phoned ION customer service and when asked I read the customer service person the S/N, who said the S/N was not in their system. Apparently the speaker system was an ancient one. Other thoughts: Are you losing sales? If you are, blame it on your sales and customer service people. I phoned your customer service people twice or thrice and asked the last customer service person to make sure I would get the replacement item I ordered. I was assured I would be. But that was a lie!
