Let me preface by saying that I love my roomba vacuum. This not so much. I've even gifted Roombas to my family, but I wouldn't give them this. It mops for maybe a minute if I'm lucky and then stops. The battery dies incredibly fast and that's really frustrating. I regret buying this mop.

Bought this in November of 2022. The battery life seems fine, unlike other reviews but it does randomly stop in the middle of the cycle so you need to restart it.
Worse though is the plastic reservoir for the water and cleaning solution is cracked and leaking badly, making it unusable as a mop. This shouldn't happen for such a new product. Waiting to hear back but it is really not up to iRobot product quality.

We had it for 2 years and received it as a gift. We have tried to use it several times and it won't work. It takes forever to charge but it won't hold a charge at all. Need to purchase another brand

have been an IRobot user for a long time and I always really liked the vacuum products. I wanted the buy this mop and I am really disappointed. Now it ended up being just part of the fourniture, since we don't use it anymore. The navigation does not perform as it should and the system to release the liquid simply does not work.

I did get mine years ago. It worked well until it needed to be replaced by the company. Since it was replaced, it has never been able to dust/wash a small room, or even dust the floor under a king size bed without turning around on itself under the bed. I tell you take my comment seriously. A cleaning lady is cheaper then a robot sitting on the charger doing nothing!

I had a 380t since 2017. It still works great. I bought another one since the battery life was almost dead. It cleans my house really well. No issues. It is a great partner for my 692.

Bought my first iRobot Braava in 2016 and initially was extremely happy with it. The unfortunate thing was that it didn't last over two years. Thinking I just had bad luck with my device, I decided to give it another try so I bought the 380t on the very last day of 2022. We're only a little over 9 months later and I've had nothing but problems. Had to replace the wheels and the battery and now, it cleans for 1 minute and then goes backwards and goes in a circle.

Worked good first few times but now it dies right after starting. Will not hold a charge king enough to clean 10 feet. Got this as a bundle with a roomba. Roomba works great this not so much.
