    Love it! The only thing I am not crazy about is the whale sound it makes when heating. Luckily that is not real loud.

    I purchased this unit to replace an identical model we purchased very many years ago. It is functionally the same and works in the same way, which was comforting, and it is very much quieter. Still makes an excellent cup of coffee with commercial k-cups or doing it yourself with reusable k-cups.

    i had one work good for years so i replace it for one just like the one i had , --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------put-------------------------------- ---------------------------the old one in the new box my sonlow got it out started working so i still going to keep il love this coffiee maker.

    Been looking for a good coffee maker for rental house bought this in red. Coffee hot and strong and water fill hold ups to 4/5 cups at a time. True test will be how long it lasts
