    I ordered this monitor to run my ps5 at 1440p and 120hz. I was really disappointed when I opened the box & the spec sheet read that the pc display port was 144hz and the hdmi was 100hz. Bummer After a call with tech support they assured me this monitor can run 120hz on ps5 with an HDMI 2.1 cable. While it can run 120hz, it is capped at 1080p. Super disappointed and now returning this falsely advertised product.

    Thanks for your honest feedback, we understand how it may feel when our expectations don't match the actual experience, especially with next-gen consoles like the PS5. While this model does support up to 144Hz via DisplayPort for PC, its HDMI port is limited to 100Hz and doesn’t fully support 1440p @ 120Hz for consoles due to HDMI 2.0 bandwidth limitations.     I bought this product 2 years ago, I had no problems I really loved this product a lot worked very well everything was great until now. I was setting up my monitor again since I moved and I'm sure it was not damaged because it was by me at all times, not even in the truck. At first I could see the red light under the monitor assuring me that it works but once it brought me to the screen to press F1, or F2 after I pressed F1 to continue the screen went black and nothing works now. As much as I loved this product and brand im just slightly disappointed and dissatisfied. I as well re checked if it were the wires on someone else's monitor it worked perfectly so I'm sure it was not the wires fault and the monitor itself has problems.

    Says IPS but you can see the green on a black screen at an angle. And the monitor runs warm very easily.
