The price has dropped dramatically right after i purchased it. I talked to some represents. They are not qualified for this job. They wasted my time for ONE hour and they hang up the phone call!!. What a shame!!

This is excellent value for money. It's a high quality 4K screen with decent colour rendition, thin bezel. The extra functions are basic (simple stand, no USB hub etc) but I just wanted a monitor to match another LG one I had with those extra functions.

I've just upgraded my PC and needed a new monitor to replace my two that were well over six years old. After a bit of research, I chose the LG 27" UHD Ultrafine IPS—and I'm so glad I did. Delivery was fast, and the moment I switched it on I was absolutely blown away. The colours are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and the clarity is outstanding. Honestly, I thought I needed new glasses—turns out I just needed an outstanding monitor. It's a beautifully designed screen that has completely transformed my PC experience. I can't recommend it highly enough—technology has come such a long way in a short time, and LG have really nailed it with this one.

+ The backlight is uniform across the entire screen area, no highlights or dark spots. Excellent uniformity of shades. - Everything is fine in statics. But there is strong ghosting in motion: Turquoise/white text fades in motion on a black background. The borders of gray windows are blurred in motion on a black background (I will attach a video). The "Response Time" settings do not solve the problem. I hope LG will do something about it (update the firmware?). + Awesome flexibility of settings and software: Brightness and contrast are adjustable in a wide range. The main menu of the monitor has everything. From ready-made modes to fine adjustment of the saturation of individual shades. There is DDC/CI support. Brightness, contrast, switching to sleep and turning off the monitor are controlled from Windows by third-party programs.

Absolutely brilliant monitors, 4k and at a price that cant be beaten. The IPS screens are just delightful for work and I can now see the detail in the text that on my previous 1080p screens were generally blurry. These screens are fabulous and the narrow edges means that I can put two screens next to each other and you hardly notice the boundary where the two screens meet. Some other screens at double the price of these dont even match the brilliance of the colours and the clarity of the image.

Stopped working after one month. Customer service was poor. Asked for a replacement and it was approved. Called for a follow up and customer service said the replacement was an error and only refund can be given after monitor is received at the warehouse. I have to wait 3 to 5 days for pickup arrangement, then 7-10 days for refund. There was alos a language barrier with customer servie.
