The panel is not as bright as its predecessor, the LG 34WN80C-B. Also, brightness on the panel is not even, for example, when seated directly in front of the monitor, it's brighter at the center than the left and right edges. I was told by LG that this is because the curvature on the predecessor was more pronounced than on this new monitor, which would definitely cause this issue. Not sure why the engineers didn't take this into consideration when developing this new version. I am returning this one and will try finding the old version, because this new version is no good.

Its response speed is very poor, and you can see a lot of ghosting and even blurry images when using it.

The monitor worked fine at the beginning, but a couple of weeks after one year of use (when warranty was no longer valid) a line appeared in the middle of the screen. Everything below that line looks flickering.

I order this monitor on 4/23/25 and it sat in "awaiting shipping" status for a month even though I was supposed to received it on 4/29/25. I was also charged despite never receiving the product even though I thought most manufacturing companies operated on FBO and are not supposed to charge the customer until the product has been shipped. Customer service gave me a run around saying that the warehouse was having issues, so I attempted to cancel two weeks after I had placed the order. Over the course of the next two weeks, I continued to get the run around by customer service saying during my first call that it would take 3-5 business days to cancel the order and receive my refund and then on my 2nd call they said it would take 7-10 business days the second time I called and then on the 3rd time they still couldn't cancel it. So I eventually had to call my credit card company and mark the charge as a scam to get refunded. This is unacceptable and should be reported to the FTC.

This monitor is very much not worth the price. I just barely tapped the side of mine while i was cleaning my desk one day. Turned on the monitor and it slowly died in front of me. Electronics have absolutely no business being that fragile for that price. Owned it for 3 months before it wouldn't turn on. The price of the repair is the cost of an entirely new monitor. Never buying LG again.

Not impressed to be honest! I bought this to use as a second screen for my MacBook Pro to run multiple page spreadsheet etc. The screen isn't crystal clear, seem pixally, bold fonts are fuzzy. The colours are not that vibrant. I thought it would be a lot better.

This monitor is pretty decent, my only issue is that it's not as curved as I wanted it to be and that is because the curve rating was not in the title description but it's ok... I can work with for a good while.

I purchased this monitor to replace two 24" monitors in my home office. I absolutely love it; it's so nice not having a black dividing border between my double monitors, having to make sure the two monitors are exactly the same height and perfectly aligned. Having one monitor that allows me to open multiple documents is the best and the curve seems to make everything easier to view. Best purchase ever!
