    I just wish to use the wheel in the middle as a select button, not as a wheel to scroll. Often when trying to select something, the wheel gets moved slightly sending me to another part of the screen. It's annoying and a time waster. The microphone button should be moved to another location on the remote since it's too easy to hit that rather than the mute button, which I use a lot. I would love to get a remote without the wheel and with a microphone button which is better placed.

    The remote has been put to the test of a young rebel, the remote learned to fly thru the years, acts like it's Nokia 3210 when dropped from table. Best second thing created after the wheel.

    Horrible tvs very slow processing. They have no knowledge of the parts they make for there own product. the mouse or pointer as they call it is so annoying and you can not shut it off indefinitely never will buy a log tv again if I was you I would do the same.

    I purchased 2 remotes for 2 TV's they work great. I tried cheap knockoffs, what a pain. they never worked right skipping channels, volume worked sometimes, etc. you get what you pay for, right.

    We are on our second remote and still having problems. We have to press the buttons two or three times for it to take the command. Additionally the roller ball in the middle is HYPER sensitive and ever time we we try to click it to select an option, the roller ball pushes the cursor out of the way and away from the selection we wanted. VERY POOR design. Very disappointed.

    Just a very quick review. I brought my LG OLED C8 I think in Nov 2019. Until now I didn't think much about the magic remote. I mean it looks good and works well. Yes the print on the buttons have worn somewhat but still visible and off the keypad all details very visible. My father brought a LG OLED C3. TV is great however I noted the remote seems far less quality over my version. My remote is, in my view, superior in quality and now I appreciate it so much more than these new ones and 5 years on works absolutely fine as is the TV. Excellent Products.

    Excellent remote. Very intuitive features, the wheel works fine after 6 years (ours is a 2018 model), text on buttons are all there although the back button is starting to fade a bit. It's survived two moves, drops, spills and two toddlers. Still going strong 👍🏼 10/10 remote.

    We got a 55 inch LG TV few years back that came with a magic remote. The original remote worked fine for about 3 years until it broke during moving. Since, we had to replace the remote pretty much every other month due to the designed to fail wheel. these remotes are not cheap. It is such a rip off that made us decide that there is no way that we will ever purchase this brand or anything that was made in the country that this brand is from and make sure that every one in our family and friends are made aware of this so they wont be ripped off too like us. Enough is enough!
